USPS Discount for Military Members Overseas

Check it out - A great one to share with your families and friends stateside. The USPS just introduced on 3 March a new flat-rate box for shipping to military personnel stationed overseas. 50% larger than the current flat-rate box, and costs $10.95 for shipping to APO/FPO boxes - $2 less than domestic rate charge.
